How about management.  I need 150k minimal to start to stay and retire in this state. Love the henry rifles though. Got a big boy deluxe 11 in 44.  A 22 mag all brass and the pistol rifle one.   Fun stuff. My whole polish ski lineage all hails from bayonne back to 1870's.  Back from when bayonne had farms.
