Colt Defendant in Supply Chain Lawsuit

Bad enough Colt is in the crapper because they cannot judge the retail market, now they cannot even follow their own agreements with suppliers.  Seems they failed to notify a supplier of a reduction in production and now the supplier is looking for cash to cover the bill!  Interesting part here is the Expanse product line appears to have been a third party produced product.

Bad blow to the supplier.  Id be pissed as hell too theyre probably sitting on or are about to receive boat loads of components that will go nowhere
