Cali. mag capacity laws - NJ's future next year?

Recommended Posts

Interesting read

Not sure if this old news, just read it, says how Cali. Could have issues enforcing laws with people turning in mags.

Courts said, “If this injunction does not issue, hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of otherwise law-abiding citizens will have an untenable choice: become an outlaw or dispossess one’s self of lawfully acquired property,” District Judge Roger Benitez wrote. “That is a choice they should not have to make.”

Could be somewhat good news if courts rule in people's favor.

Get ready, we're currently training our dogs to sniff out metal and polymer with gun powder residue on them. Also teaching them to do round counts. No one will stand a chance in NJ.

So.. basically just training the dogs to sniff gunpowder no matter what the source of contamination is. You can't really smell metal or polymer.
