I took a girl from work shooting for her first time.  She brought her husband along who had shot a few times.

She was such a better shot than he was.  When we were back at work the next day, I complimented her on being so kind and pretending not to notice.

I bought a Sig p220 stainless elite. Loved everything about it, especially the mahogany grips. Couldn't shoot it worth a damn. Ended up selling it.

Found a p220 West German made in 1990. Fantastic! .... go figure

I think the stainless elite is just too heavy.

I agree. Congratulations on the German P220! I have one also from the same period that I bought new back then.

I recently got a P226 .40 cal. Stainless Elite that is way to heavy to use as anything but a sledge hammer!

If I get better with a harder to shoot hand gun( for me). Wouldn’t that default to better with others? If I use last week as a baseline. Like running with a midget in my backpack?
