LOL....It's not pretty but it is functional! Easy to undo, just a few screws.

I'm gonna be honest.  It ruins the gun.  It looks hidious.  Beretta 92s have beautiful lines and those grips destroyed them.   Just get another 92 with a rail.

My first pistol was a used 92fs inox in very good shape.  I love it.  I don't know how old it was when I got it, but i've had it well over 10 years.  On my last two range outings, I've experienced the oddest FTF pattern i've ever seen.  It FTF on the 4th round every time.  I thought maybe its the ammo, and tried three different brands, with 115gr and 124gr.  I used two different magazines.  I even stripped and cleaned between outings.  I fire three rounds and FTF on the fourth.  Clear the jam, 3 and FTF on the fourth.  Ive even tried using the rounds that FTF and put them in the first three with no issues, until the fourth round.
Something mechanical must be going wrong.  Ive looked around and seen a few possible issues to try and solve this short of going to a gunsmith.
      Anyone have any ideas?

I get emails from Davidson's and other distributors.  This week they are having a special on HK P30L in 40 S&W for $469.  Assume + shipping + dealer markup.

Also seems like a deal? on M9A3.

Also, the Walther Creed is $249.  This was actually a really nice gun when I got to play with it at Shot Show.  Surely better than the lower end Smiths, etc.

For Cyber Monday, Beretta is offering 30% off, site wide, on orders of $250 or more.
One of the things they sell is magazines, such as for the 92FS and others.
Right now you can triple dip on the discounts.
Both the 15rnd and 10 rnd are on sale for $26, down from $36 and $29.  If you buy two or more, they go down to $24.
If you buy 11, taking your total to over $250, you can use the Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount of 30% off, coupon code BF18.  This brings it down to $184.80 for 11 magazines, free shipping!

How do you like it? The gun is made of nickel-based metal, which has the same hardness as weapon steel, but it is corrosion-resistant. It doesn’t require additional care, which distinguishes it from weapon steel. The guaranteed resource of the gun is 1000 shots.
10 special cartridges with hardened steel bullets. Such bullets do not deform when they hit any surface, they punch through even metal sheets, for example, cola cans.
Look at this gun in action:

    • In this case, it's because the governor of N.M. is a Democrat, and everyone knows, if you support upholding the constitution, you're "Right Wing". Actually, this militia is made up of veterans and ex-Leo's, so it's a slap in the face to them by the governor. They are upholding the oath they swore to, it's the governor that's not. United Constitutional Patriots:  Border patrol vigilantes For two months, an armed group of ex servicemen and police officers have been patrolling the New Mexico-Chihuahua border for asylum seekers from central America.  The group describe themselves on Facebook as: 'Americans that believe in the constitution and the rights of every American that will stand up for there rights in unity and help keep America safe.'  https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6932583/More-300-asylum-seekers-surrender-armed-militia-New-Mexico-citizens.html
    • @mjtrip001 , I'm in the same situation as far as being the first in my town. I guess my contact at the PD has been a bit more helpful than yours is being. We are pretty much going through the exact same process but I applied on the 20th of March. I also had a delay in one of my references who didn't receive his email and that is when my contact with my local PD initiated. When I talked to him today he said he finished my application through the FARS system last Friday which is when I got the email it was completed.   I would contact him and say you haven't received your completion email from the NJ FARS system and was wondering if there was anything else you can or needed to do to help the process.  One thing I have been doing the entire time is saying I know I'm the first one, I'm in no rush for my permits, that I really just wanted to help my local PD get familiar with process so it'll be streamlined in the future. I've joked numerous times that I don't mind being the guinea pig, and I'm glad I could help him learn the new system.
    • So it's a 22 that you use and abuse and leave it dirty and loaded in a holster or backpack.
    • That's gonna be a nice rig Iggy.  Congrats.  Who will be spinning the barrel for you?
