Rob0115 1,105 Posted November 18, 2017 I thought I read somewhere that banning temporary transfer, which I thought rentals fell under, wasnin the slate. Anyone have information? How damaging is that to businesses, gun ranges, any work around?

I believe the goal is to put ranges and shops out of biz It also destroys the next generation - if you cannot take them shooting and 'transfer' a gun to them to use at said range - how are they exposed to it, to actually understand and enjoy it? Respect it? You don't This is and always has been a genrational war

reloaderguy 30 Posted November 19, 2017 Our club just went through this. If the club registers with the state police which they did then the temporary transfer rule doesn't apply.
fishnut 2,358 Posted November 19, 2017 If this is true and somehow it becomes law the workaround is civil disobedience. My daughter and her friends are going to learn how to shoot and that is that.

Doing it in a personal level is different than a business doing it. 12 hours ago, PK90 said: Never heard tell Sent from an undisclosed location via Tapatalk 11 hours ago, JT Custom Guns said: I have never heard that one! reloaderguy 30 Posted November 19, 2017 This is what Nappen pushed on the club and they signed off on it. It also relaxes travel restrictions point to point. See attached pdf. Somerset Fish and Game002.pdf
