Recommended Posts

I thought I read somewhere that banning temporary transfer, which I thought rentals fell under, wasnin the slate.  Anyone have information?   How damaging is that to businesses, gun ranges, any work around?

Imo- it destroys that business that engags in at least rentals.

I believe the goal is to put ranges and shops out of biz

It also destroys the next generation - if you cannot take them shooting and 'transfer' a gun to them to use at said range - how are they exposed to it,  to actually understand and enjoy it? Respect it?  You don't

This is and always has been a genrational war

If this is true and somehow it becomes law the workaround is civil disobedience. My daughter and her friends are going to learn how to shoot and that is that.

Doing it in a personal level is different than a business doing it.

I have never heard that one!

I’m not sure it is true thus I was asking.

Our club just went through this. If the club registers with the state police which they did then the temporary transfer rule doesn't apply.

I’m wondering if ranges can do the same or if the exemption will be taken away.
