T Bill 649 Posted January 9, 2018 Makes no difference what he does, it's coming back for Murphy to sign. All bills on his desk die next Tuesday. Even if he vetoes it, it can still come back next session.
MartyZ 692 Posted January 9, 2018 This really sucks, I was planning on putting a bump stock on Nerf N-Strike Elite Rampage Blaster with a 25-dart drum detachable magazine. I think it has a stripe on it though, would that make it all ok?
Albanian 121 Posted January 9, 2018 Remember: in NJ bump stocks have never been used in crime. In LA, the bump stock did nothing to increase the damage the shooter had done. It was all positioning of the shooter and crowd size/density of the targets. Full auto fire on small arms is just not very effective at range anyway. Sadly, feministas actually consider a penis to be an actual weapon. I'm not kidding, just google "feminism penis is a weapon". I wonder if a vagina or a uterus is also a weapon of female privilege because men cannot have babies, women hold all of the power in procreation. Or how women seduce men and then blackmail them (the honeypot). Men are exploited by vaginas every day.
1LtCAP 4,262 Posted January 24, 2018 how is it that the atf has ANY authority to make regulations? i thought their job was supposed to be to make suggestions, then it was supposed to be congress's job to debate then pass or not pass those regulations? this is like the epa being allowed to make regulations. we're being ruled essentially by an alphabet agency that's not elected,

1LtCAP 4,262 Posted January 24, 2018 YEA, I'd watched some of it. i marked it for watching the rest later. i'd gotten the jist that they're putting this on the atf 'cause none of them in congress has the balls to touch it........
voyager9 3,434 Posted January 24, 2018 Regulation may be preferable here. Legislation is a much steeper slope to pass (both houses, potus) and even harder to undo. Regulation, especially when not backed by legislation, is easier to redact.

1LtCAP 4,262 Posted January 24, 2018 i understand that.....but........it shouldn't be allowed to get to the point of needing to be redacted. and right now at least? it's got ZERO chance of getting to trumps desk.
