Active shooter response training at Gloucester Township church

While this laudable, I find it laughable that the LEO giving this seminar had the hutzpah to stand before this crowd and say the following, “The only person that’s going to save your life is you.”  Easily said, but a little difficult to execute given that the state has co-opted our right to self-defense. What are we supposed to do? Throw hymnals at them and pray? Those are the only options that I see.

Dress as a Nun and throw Holy Water at them..

At this point the police dept is part of the problem, this exercise just shows how venerable churches and the like are to the perps.. want to tell us that it is up to us to survive than issue the general public carry permits this ass is lucky none of us were in the room.

well, really EVERY SINGLE PLACE in nj is a soft target for deranged killers. 'cept for businesses and homes where the owners choose to take on their own personal safety.........we're just lucky that a orlando, san bernadino, or texas church hasn't happened here yet.

Our only real protection is the traffic. When places are busy, you really don't want ot travel anywhere you don't have to.
