CCW was still tight as a drum even with Christie's so called changes. Now Murphy went and over tightened it. We all know what can happen when you over tighten something! This act may work against him!

I agree, this might actually be a good thing for. By adding stricter language to the current "justifiable need" nj will no longer be able to claim that they approve 90%+ applications. This might work in our favor to get a case in front of SCOTUS

Isn't it ironic that the three morons that can easily get a CCW permit in NJ make an announcement that the lowly masses cannot. "Do as I say, not as I do"

Well, you know.... "Guns for me... but not for thee..."   :bsmeter:

NJ's war on drugs is just about the same as their war on illegal firearms.. The laws pretty much do nothing. No matter how you look at it if someone wants a firearm in NJ, ANY firearm they can get it. It pisses my father off who served in Vietnam for about a year until getting shot up with 3 angry bullets and surviving thank god can't use those bullet scars and deformed thigh as credentials to buy a new gun in the states. At least I'll have a Utah CCW.

Murphy need to be recalled and thrown out of office
Good luck with that. Too many takers in this State. Heck they couldn't get close to signatures needed for Sweeney due to all the takers.
