i'd strongly suggest everyone thinking of selling their mags or butchering them to not do so. this bill is as unconstitutional as they come and will be tossed by any court in the country, including liberal ones. i haven't said much because i actually doubted it would pass. clearly our esteemed legislature are not versed on the constitution. ex post facto laws are specifically prohibited, by name, under article 1 section 10 of our trusty document. ex post facto laws are those which make illegal an act which was legal when committed. if you bought 15 round mags legally, they cannot suddenly become illegal. period. done. end of story. (as an aside, bump stock bans will fall as well). not only is murphy a moron, but he's a greedy moron as well. had he allowed simple grandfathering (like the other states have), it would have been harder to challenge. not impossible mind you, just harder. as it stands, this jackass is going to make the taxpayers pay for something that has no chance of standing. if you have 15rd mags in nj, you'll keep 15 rd mags in nj. take it to the bank. the california ban was supposed to have been in effect as of jan 1. the judge in the most liberal court in the country had to stop it for the same reason

the real question for me is where did this attorney general get his law degree? he should be disbarred for giving consent to murphy to sign the bill

Where can I send a small sum of money? Please advise.

CNJFO is doing matching funds, up to a $2,500 cap in the fight for this lawsuit.  So $100 becomes $200 and so forth!  Here's the link:  http://www.cnjfo.com/page-18138  and thanks for wanting to help!  Any amount gets doubled!

What are the logistics with this? I have made 2 significant donations to ANJRCP's litigation fund in the last few months, are you saying I can CNJFO to match that? Or is it too late because I sent it right to ANJRPC already? Or am I misinterpreting?

Thanks

Hi & thanks for helping!  Nope, you're on the wrong web page!  We made a special one just for this matching funds plea.  You need to copy & paste the entire address including "/page-18138" to go directly to the correct page!  The "general" comment box is our regular donation page for the Coalition.  You wanna click on "Donate" & watch for & click on the drop-down for ANJRPC!  Let me know if you need more help.  I'm not going to bed quite yet...

We have no way of tracing funds sent to another entity.  In fact, it's against the law to try.  So we can only offer the matching funds program if the funds are directed THROUGH OUR ACCOUNT at the hot link:  http://www.cnjfo.com/page-18138 .  As of now we're 2/3 of the way to our goal of $2,500 in total donations which we'll match.  That's a cool $5 GRAND to help fight Murphy & the other Communist Oppressors!  Of course any amount over the $2,500 will automatically be forwarded to ANJRPC, just w/o our match.  It is our sincere hope to have a $5,000 check ready the next time I see Scott Bach!

With a Supreme Court vacancy throwing gasonline on top of the latest liberal hysteria, the SHTF scenarios are looking more likely. Maybe it's a good idea to just hold onto those 15 rounders (hypothetically, that is, if we had any).

Everyone of my wiser and senior in years has said” they’ve never seen this country this divided before “

only guy I know that dates back to civil war era is @GRIZ I’ll ask his input

Vietnam era was much more divided, and it was back in the day when police didn't take any crap from protesters breaking the law and beating the crap out of them. Even construction workers beating the crap out of protesters in NYC. Lefty's spitting on our military in airports as they came back from Nam. Many young people trying to get out of the draft one way or another. Protester's shot dead at Kent-State by national guard. Violence all over the place not to mention a bunch of political assassinations....Now is almost tame in comparison, but agree it is the most divided since Vietnam war.

I'm not saying there is truth to what you say but I think it's worse now.  Today you have just about an entire major political party professing socialism and other ideas totally opposite to American ideals.  You didn't have losing presidential candidates bellyaching a year and a half after the election on how they were cheated. The radical factions in the 60s and 70s may have been more violent at times but today there are a lot more of them.

Presidents in the 60s and 70s didn't go around apologizing for the US, paying off terrorist nations, and opening up borders like Obama did for 8 years.

I also don't think 30% of the country believed there was going to be a civil war in the US within 5 years as the link below shows.

Thank you! Is there any place we can read the motion by the defendant(s) free of charge? Or is that not yet available for free at present? I just hope that our side doesn't screw this one up and that Dubya finally appointed a decent judge with this one.
