This comes by way of postings on other forums and I have not personally verified it - but it sounds reasonable.

It seems that in TN if you post your business as a "Gun Free" zone all liability for your patrons security falls to the business owner. Waffle House has a national gun-free zone policy - I bet the lawyers are coming out of the woodwork to the victim's families.

It's a little confusing. The original bill reported on Bearing Arms was stood on its head with an amendment that supposedly supplies civil immunity for a bushiness that prohibits concealed carry.
