Pizza Bob 1,488 Posted April 23, 2018 This comes by way of postings on other forums and I have not personally verified it - but it sounds reasonable. It seems that in TN if you post your business as a "Gun Free" zone all liability for your patrons security falls to the business owner. Waffle House has a national gun-free zone policy - I bet the lawyers are coming out of the woodwork to the victim's families. Adios, Pizza Bob
njJoniGuy 2,131 Posted April 23, 2018 If that is indeed true, PB, I hope the owners get their collective a$$e$ waffled into changing their corporate policy.
45Doll 5,873 Posted April 23, 2018 It's a little confusing. The original bill reported on Bearing Arms was stood on its head with an amendment that supposedly supplies civil immunity for a bushiness that prohibits concealed carry. See this article for the explanation, and be sure to read the Update.
