“New Jersey lawmakers are also advancing legislation barring people from purchasing parts for firearms and constructing them at home themselves, according to NJ101.5. I just got off the phone with them and they said that this is the current policy. If or when our laws change they will adjust the policy.

Its a shame. about CDNN. I bought from them in the past too. So glad in a few more months I'm going to have an address in  a free state. I see NO future here in NJ.

I’ve bought a pistol from them
In the past and will likely do so in the future once I make my escape from the socialist people’s republic of New Jermany.

They will still ship pistols that don't come from the factory with more that the current magazine limit. They will also shop shotguns and some rifles (Bolt, lever action). They won't ship semi auto rifles or parts due to fear of legal liability. It's sad but you really can't blame them. If I owned a firearm related business outside of NJ I probably wouldn't take a chance on us either.

There is no legal liability to purchase a complete upper because it is not the serialized part of the rifle.

I remember years ago I was at a Gander Mountain Store in Pa and I saw a Beretta Nano at a good price. When I asked how much to ship the gun to NJ, the salesman was very rude and gave me the answer " We dont ship guns to Jersey, you should move to a free state." It was very iritating to be treated that way and I never did business with them again.

One salesman's statement shouldn't keep you from buying from Gander Mountain. There are other reasons, but I digress. If rude salesmen would keep one from doing business from a company, most of the gun shops in NJ would go out of business.
