Krdshrk 3,877 Posted May 15, 2018 I need to get out on the water! At least I got me a Kayak to go now. When I get a bit of time I'm definitely hitting up Round Valley...

Think they've gotten up to Burlington County. If they get up to North Jersey, that's a huge issue.
Shawnmoore81 623 Posted May 16, 2018 Anything connected to the Delaware river will get em. South jersey has em all over. No so much north. Give it timeSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wouldn't bite on normal bait (nightcrawlers). They have huge sharp teeth too so you need a leader. We actually hooked a small perch on line we caught previously and dangled it in front and it snatched it right up. Was pretty awesome to see and the water was still and clear so we saw the whole thing.

Krdshrk 3,877 Posted July 10, 2018 Took @fishnut's old Kayak out on Round Valley. Got a couple small bass we had to put back... Then we found a nice spot with a school of Crappie. Good eats.

I need to get some variety in lures... got a small spinnerbait but didn't really get a chance to toss it - we were catching too many with Nightcrawlers!
