pasu0115 200 Posted May 6, 2018 They need bayonet lugs. A US 1905 bayonet would look really cool mounted on any of those rifles!

capt14k 2,051 Posted May 6, 2018 Because it isn't 1895Fair enough but I still want a Finnish Capture 1895 Winchester. Lever Action in 7.62x54R just seems cool.Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

capt14k 2,051 Posted May 10, 2018 Make one in .308 or 12ga and I'm a buyer!Looks like they make Lone Ranger in .308. I think the calibers I don't own and pistol calibers is what has kept me from buying a lever action. I see Browning makes a .30-06. Still want 1895 Winchester in 7.62x54R, but I may need to buy a Browning.Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
TokenEntry 293 Posted May 10, 2018 Didn't noticed before until I watched the video. *New style lever/hoop on those concept rifles. *Polished blue finish. Hopefully Henry decides to put this into production. Regards, TokenEntry
capt14k 2,051 Posted May 10, 2018 Well Browning is made in Japan. So much for buying my second new rifle. I'll look for an older Winchester.Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
Ray Ray 3,566 Posted May 10, 2018 I have changed my mind on these. @Purple Patrick, call this line the Night Hunter series. Make them in 357, 30-30, 45-70 and 44 magnum. You're welcome.
MartyZ 691 Posted May 11, 2018 I would buy one of these in a 45-70, I already have a big boy in
kman 56 Posted May 11, 2018 Work on a loading gate, and Henry will OWN the lever market.

capt14k 2,051 Posted May 12, 2018 The Japanese Brownings are still very nice. Very high quality. I guess Made in Japan doesn't mean what it did when I was a kid. Hack today I look for Made in Japan electronics and even made in Korea TV screens. Anything but Made China or some other 3rd world hell hole Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

Nope, and even though the rifles are nice and well made many won't own one simply because the country of origin "Japped us".
Sota 1,191 Posted May 13, 2018 also @Purple Patrick ... colored case hardened and all-weather all the things!!! (seriously, are they going to do either to the single shot rifle and shotgun lines? please find out as I still haven't done that order yet, and if they are I want to know if I should hold off.)
TokenEntry 293 Posted May 13, 2018 Here is a video by The VSO Gun Channel with some feedback regarding the installation of the MI MLOK rail on a Henry rifle. Within the video Curtis demonstrates the practical uses of the rail at night with accessories attached. Regards, TokenEntry

gleninjersey 2,134 Posted May 14, 2018 When I think "Henry" I think old school, classic wood stock. Not tacticool. Their hunting rifles with non-wood stocks make sense to me. Buy tacticool, not so much.
