The Chop House in Gibbsboro NJ is amazing. Dry aged ribeye that is to die for. Pretty much everything on the menu is fantastic. 
 

We are going there for Mrs Tex’s retirement dinner.

I pass by there fairly often.  Maybe have to give it a try.

This all sounds good and is a departure from my more typical fare at a Wendy’s.

Ate at Dougherty's in Resorts in AC Sunday. I had the Filet on the bone.. Outstanding!!! Pricy as one would expect.

Based on what I read in the thread, I went to Klee's on Thursday and ordered the sizzling steak. Easily just as good as any steak that I ever had at Ruth Crist and half the price.

I've found the best steaks are in independent restaurants. Il nido, 90 acres,  and pluckemin inn top the list. I believe all 3 have dry age.  I was also in charge of the dry aging program at 90 acres when i was the banquet chef there but I believe they outsource since I left.

Prime 94 in fairfield... bring your $$$$..   Want a great cheap steak. Arthur's Tavern
