Assets purchased by and opened as its own entity. No. Yes. You should check it out for yourself. Completely different environment in just about every way. Old School 611 Posted May 21, 2018 A very impressive place. Owned by one of our own. (with partners of course) IIRC a few class 3 rentals as well. (don't quote me)

capt14k 2,051 Posted May 23, 2018 No class three rentals. Illegal in the state of Nj. NJ sucks again. MG are theoretically allowed to be owned but not rented? Though I've never seen the law on rentals. Where is that Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

silverado427 10,555 Posted May 24, 2018 Question Can a range owner or FFl get a class 3 license in NJ.
bry@n 195 Posted May 24, 2018 Yes. There are likely a few FFL 03 in NJ
dajonga 396 Posted May 24, 2018 I heard Phil opened up a Harley shop on Rt. 70 just west of the Rte. 539 intersection. It is closed now.
capt14k 2,051 Posted May 24, 2018 Yes. There are likely a few FFL 03 in NJActually FFL03 is a C&R collectors license. NFA Class 3 is the fun gun license. Anyone in NJ can technically own a Full Auto with proper Federal Paperwork and Judges approval. Technically meaning the law allows for it like CCW but only the rich and connected get approved.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
bry@n 195 Posted May 24, 2018 I meant class 3, just a typo
