A "HAND GUN", not a "HANDS GUN", as strong-hand ONLY gets the job done.  All of us should practice both strong-hand & weak-hand ONLY scenarios, using cover, and eliminating the threat.  If you can't handle a semi with either arm (ONLY), then consider a revolver since your semi becomes a single-shot with a FTE, stove-pipe or some other recoil-induced trauma  .  And the Mamma is a Cop!
