Target Sports USA Now Requires FID Copy?

Has anyone else noticed that Target Sports USA is now requesting a cppy of your FID when placing an order? I placed an order for some match ammo this morning and was greeted by a "please upload a copy of your permit in order to complete your purchase" message. I haven't ordered from them for awhile but i don't recall them ever asking for the FID card copy previously.
