Current process for selling firearms?

Hi,
 
I’ve been out of the loop since the laws were finalized and signed by Gov Jackass.
 
What’s the latest process on private transfer of firearms between NJ residents with FID/P2P/NJ DL? Does it need to go through an FFL now?
 
Obviously, transfer of 10+ round mags is verboten now.

Doesn't need to go through an FFL yet, you have a couple months.

Transfer of +10 mags is not legal, but who knows how they would possibly discover and/or enforce that between two private individuals.

Oct 1 is when the new law takes effect. It does however exclude immediate family.
