I'm not bringing a bunch of Glocks. Especially not a 17 or 19. I'm not bringing any Beretta's either, seems Beretta's are well covered. No 1911's.

What I do know I am bringing:

-S&W 686+ 4" with some HOT 357 ammo

And 1 more of the following 3:

-S&W 442 Airweight

-Browning Buckmark Contour 5" w/reflex sight

-Glock 34 Gen 4 w/Dawson Precision SIghts

OK, I'm in. I shall bring:

S&W 325 Thunder Ranch - for you revolver fans

Sig P220 SAO - A 1911 wolf in Sig clothing

Colt 1911 Series 70 - Customized by Austin Behlert. One of a pair (Mrs. 45 Doll). Hold it and you'll know it's not your daddy's 1911.

Do you see a pattern here?

Ray, you will be one of the few people around that knows how to shoot a revolver in the future.  I'm sure you can write cursive and know how to use a dial phone.

I'll bring some revolvers too.

Damn..somebody should bring some good guns. That selection is weak.

Good guns is a relative term.  I know of some S&W Model 10s and GI 1911s among others that are not particularly sexy looking but they proved to be very good guns.

I took it as him meaning things like Lugers, Lahtis, P38, Webley .455, .44 Automag, and Various Mausers.

Based on the list, I'm thinking I'll bring...

Handguns:

Sig Pro 2022 9mm

Ruger LC9S Pro 9mm

S&W 22A 5.5" heavy barrel .22LR

Any interest in a Glock 23 gen4 .40 S&W?

Rifles:

GSG 522 SD .22LR HV (CCI Minimag)

Any interest in a WASR10 7.62x39?

I'm not sure how much ammo I have to spare for any of the above, so if you'd like to shoot any of em, best to bring some.  I don't care how much you shoot...

Admit it you would much rather be shooting any of those than a Me Too pistol like a Glock.

Not really.  I've shot all those.  Nice guns.  I can understand people wanting to shoot them if they never have.

Mushsashi said not to have a favorite weapon and be acquainted with all weapons.

I shoot a variety of firearms for fun.  A Glock is a good choice if you're going to a fight.  If you're shooting for fun it doesn't make a difference what you shoot.
