Is a shotgun with 2 internal 7 rounds magazines legal under the new law?

Under the new 10 round magazine law, would a shotgun like the UTAS UTS-15 be legal without modification? It's pump action (not semi-auto) and has two 7 round tube magazines with a 3 way selector switch that can go left tube, right tube, both tubes. The new law seems to relate specifically to a single magazine that holds 10 rounds, however you can feed from both magazines continuously making the effective magazine size 14 +1 in the bottom chamber.

Pretty sure the new mag limits only apply to semiauto firearms.  The limit for SA shotguns remains 6 + 1, if I'm not mistaken.

If it’s not semi-auto then there is no magazine limit.  You can have a 100 round magazine on a pump, lever action, or bolt action, as long as that magazine can’t also work in a semi-auto.

Nothing's changed regarding shotguns.  Anything goes (as long as federally legal) for pump action shotguns.

Kel-Tec KSG, UTAS UTS-15, DP-12, etc. are all legal 100%

The UTAS does not meet the "reliably feed" standard, so no issue! Haha!
