Just curious about trolls on this site

I’m sure there are trolls and anti gun hacks monitoring this site. I just noticed I have someone named ‘guest’ following me. I’m pretty new to this site and haven’t posted a whole lot so why would a guest be following me? What are all of your opinions?

I can click on your name and in your profile there is a button that says "Follow Member."  I think it notifies them when ever you start a new topic.  Not sure if it notifies them when you post a comment in someone else's topic.
