p10c vs ppq vs fns 9c

Recommended Posts

Trying to decide between the 3... I’m leaning towards the cz p10c, mainly because i love CZs and i hear good things about their striker fired offering. The others are tried and true.

Anyone have any experience with these firearms? Any input would be appreciated.

I have a PPQ m1. It's my main handgun. The trigger is amazing. I havent had any hands on with the CZ but the PPQ is regarded as one of if not the best stock triggers. HE knows his shit though.

The walther just seems to fit my hand as if it were custom mad for me. 67680485ab6aae0bf1367e005d0d01f0.jpg

Never shot a CZ. For me the PPQs are the best triggers of anything I own, save a couple tuned 1911s or Sig SAOs. But they're different animals.

Sometimes the PPQ trigger 'surprises' me. Probably my fault. For that reason, at least right now, the VP9 or the M&P 2.0 9mm would be favored for any SD application.

Shot the VP9 for a tactical course a few weeks ago, and surprised myself. So right now I love it! But the M&P was really accurate for me first time out of the case.

Here's the answer: get all three.

Or should I make that four?

Anyone thinking of a PPQ M2 in 9mm should probably look at the 2796066TNS model. XS F8 night sights from the factory.

My step daughter just acquired one. Haven't fired it myself yet, but the sight picture with those F8s looks really interesting. And yes the trigger is the same wonderful one.

I've thought about getting those for my guns but have never been able to pull the trigger so to speak.

Anyone have these type sights?

My next handgun will probably be ppq .45

My stepdaughter's PPQ came with a factory target. Shot by 'Greatz' in DE it was a 2" group at 15m. Several in the same hole.

Now I have to go look in the VP9 box and see if a target was in there and I missed it.

pretty common knowledge actually.  Plenty of reviews and forums you can read to get the data.  Trigger on the ppq is outstanding but the barrel on the vp is heavily regarded as more accurate and better due to being hammer forged.  Accuracy to me, in a pistol, is meh given it's a pistol and accuracy subjective

Those sights definitely look like you could pick up that front sight quick  as for my PPQ 45 I installed  Trijicon HD night sights easy to do  no gun Smithing involved  and my PPQ 9mm I installed the Truglo TFX Pros  those took a little bit of filing and a sight press tool very happy with both

I’ve heard the trigger on the p10c is close to the ppq, but not quite there. The oob trigger thing isn’t quite as important to me, considering it will probably get upgraded.

I spend a few months out of the year in Vermont and plan on carrying. I’m getting my multi-state in October. Via all of the feedback, I’m between the ppq and p10c. Might just get both.....

ppq and vp9 are pretty similar

ppq has faster reset and slightly smoother trigger and different mag release but the vp9 wins on accuracy

It's like your my long lost brother.

Your Colt upper is calling my name.

I'm surprised it has lasted this long to be honest. those barrels alone are 250 to $300 on ar15.com.  plus, you can put on whatever break you want rather than having to take what somebody else did.   I thought about it on AR-15.but I really don't feel like having to deal with the hassle of shipping

I shot the PPQ with the XS F8 sights today. Very interesting. I must say initially picking up the sight picture with the F8s seemed easier and faster. Grouping and trigger just as expected with the PPQ, same as my M1.

I think I'm going to select another pistol of mine and put F8 sights on it. They bear some more exploration and trials.
