SmittyMHS 603 Posted September 15, 2018 Anyone have a use for about a hundred 1.44MB used floppy discs? Just cleaning out my closet and found these. They're old Microsoft Excel install discs and some others. Free if you need 'em and want to pick them up. Otherwise they're going out in Tuesdays trash. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk When I started work in the late 90’s we had systems where the only persistent storage was reels. They’re still fielded/supported though slowly upgraded. Hard to find CMS2 developers.

SmittyMHS 603 Posted September 17, 2018 You can get a USB floppy drive for about $12. Floppys are going for more now then when they were in use. Just sayin'
