Appliance store recommendations in Morris County

Are there any small appliance stores in Morris County? I ordered from Sears 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my over the range microwave that was scheduled to be installed on the 21st. I'm having difficulty getting a straight answer from the call center in India as to where my appliance is, so I'm ready to cancel the order and find another store. I'd like to avoid a big box store. They subcontract out installation, which seems to be where the problem is with Sears. I was thinking PC Richards in Roxbury, but I'm wondering if I'm going to run into the same problem.

PC Richards rocks, when I live is Morris County that was my go to store. They are privately owned and will actually negotiate prices. They will always beat their advertised prices if you tell them you can do better or just want to pay less. I’ve made some amazing deals there.

Once they delivered a dented dryer and told me they would replace it but it would take three weeks as the LG stock was still on a ship in the pacific so they delivered me a loaner dryer until mine arrived. Can’t beat that.

I'll second PC richard. I've been happy with my experiences with them, and the risk of getting some corner cutting, messed with SKU for big box stores is significantly less than with the likes of lowes, home depot, or sears.
