we substitute fillet for this one. Pro tip, buy a loin and make your own fillets.

Im not saying I’m feeling brisket pressure...

Disliked......horseradish makes everything better, garlic too. So garlic and horseradish togather has to be good

Grilling over charcoal is best followed by propane. Pan frying in a cast iron skillet with butter and garlic is still pretty good for the bad weather days. 

Maybe a NJGF recipe thread is in order?
