Where do the lawsuits stand?

Cheeseman-Jilliard can't lose lost twice now it seems. It really seemed like a good idea to me, good enough that I kicked in a couple hundred. Much better than the crazy RICO suit. Problem is NJ courts are too damn corrupt. I see they hired a new attorney. Were they representing themselves previously? Next stop NJ Supreme Court I assume? Are they prepared to go through the Federal courts?

Where is the ANJRPC Carry Lawsuit at?

What about the magazine ban? 3 judge panel from 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals asked to rehear arguments? Has this been done? When are they expected to rule? Regardless of how they rule I am guessing it will go to the full court of Appeals which will rule against us. Next stop SCOTUS?

No other lawsuits planned by ANJRPC? Just going to be reactionary? Wait til they pass AWB then file lawsuit that will go nowhere?

Thank you for posting the link to the hour and a quarter of oral testimony.

The State's arguments are shit.

Everyone with the ability to listen to this file should do so. This case is THAT important.

Listening to it now. The judge is VERY dismissive to the plaintiffs argument. Its pretty disgusting actually.

I completely disagree with your analysis. Both sides  did an excellent job in advocating their respective positions and the judges were not dismissive of either sides arguments

That fine. When you count how many rebuttals and or questions the judge had for the plaintiff compared to the defendant, you'll see how irregular the conversation was. Any valid points were clearly a forethought.

Its over, mail em out.

or bury em.
