Malsua 1,422 Posted December 1, 2018 Digging through the pile of inherited stuff, I finally got back around to a Winchester Model 69A I've done the basic google searches on this rifle. Chambered in 22 Long Rifle ONLY, which I think means it's a Target or Match model. Magazine Fed, Bolt Action. Button on the left stock near the receiver to release the mag. It is has a hooded front sight and a grooved receiver with a scope on it. Apparently these rifles were never serialized. Anyone know anything else about this rifle? Knowing my step dad, he probably knew exactly what it was. I've never shot it, I don't have any recollection of it but I suspect he's had it since the 60s or earlier.
