Under 50oz

Pistol brace

Magazine goes in the grip

No barrel shroud

You decide....

50oz doesn't count - it's not part of the pistol manufactured weight.

Pistol brace is not an evil feature

Could technically be considered a barrel shroud - so that's your 1 evil feature potentially.

As per the weight - Remember this isn’t a Glock.

The serialized “Firearm” is only the trigger assembly. It weighs what, 3oz?

The entire pistol doesn’t fit into the chassis like the Glock. You install the trigger assembly into the pistol grip that is integral to the chassis.

- and I agree, it is good to go in N.J. and meets the definition of a pistol.

Ahh - didn't notice the action piece just fits into the thingy... so IDK this is even greyer than the Roni Stabilizer.

Soooo, for non-dealers,
Is it manufacturing in ATF's eyes?
Is it re-manufacturing?
Is it gunsmithing to add the part?
My guess is NO. So still legal in NJ.

Looks similar to my CAA Roni Stabilizer which is legal.

Hmm .. you sure about that?

– New Jersey: Due to New Jersey laws and regulations pertaining to firearms and firearms use, All RONI, RONI STABILIZERS, MICRO RONI, & MICRO RONI STABILIZER PISTOL CARBINE CONVERSION KITS are not authorized for sale or use in the State of New Jersey.

Which makes me sad since the RTSP meet up i have been wanting to get one of these.

That’s CAA not wanting to have to deal with any issues... business decision.

Yup.  CAA doesn't know the laws so like other sites they just do not ship to NJ.  YRS Inc allowed the shipment.  The Micro Roni and the pistol carbine conversion kits are not allowed as they're SBRs.

Ok so only the "stabilizer" or as I see referenced in places the "Stab" is legal then?
