But that makes 1 right granted on the basis of sex.  Greenday said, "protect people based on race and sex".  I was waiting for him to tell us the Equal Rights Amendment had been passed.

All three countries you mentioned above are, by definition in the below links, constitutional monarchies.  All three have socialist tendencies but are not socialist governments.  Sweden falls into the same category.   When you have a government that says who gets what, how much, and at what price, that would be the mark of a socialist government.
