I did a defensive carbine class last month and the guy next to me was running one. Its definitely loud, when next to it, but behind isnt so bad. It just throws a nice fireball to either side. Looked like it kept his gun pretty steady, and we were encouraged to do rapid fire strings. Didnt move that much at all. And I've heard good things about the Dragon in general. If it's on your list, and you have the money, grab it.
