revenger 472 Posted January 9, 2019 any idea if theres any chance of re-filing lawsuits that we have lost in the past such as the 30 day law, the FID process as a whole. with the 3rd circuit flipping I would think we could, by we I mean the NJ NRA affiliates. anyone know if this is possible. BobA 1,235 Posted January 9, 2019 3 days or 30, as long as they are allowed “reasonable” and “acceptable” excuses it would matter. The process should go. NICS at the FFL. Governing bodies just need to keep the info fed. Unless of course you are an illegal. Then it doesn’t matter.

I don’t think you can refile a lawsuit that has already been decided/adjudicated. You’d have to have a new case, even if very similar to prior ones (tho the prior casss become caselaw and would hurt you)
