Maksim 1,504 Posted January 31, 2019 Early this morning I was doing some upgrades and testing out a future software update. Everything seemed to work but while I was away it crashed. Was a test install, no data lost or compromised.

45Doll 5,848 Posted February 1, 2019 Why were both DNS servers apparently unavailable? (Just curious.) When you came back up I tried connecting via IP, but apparently the site only accepts URL formatted requests.
Old Glock guy 1,125 Posted February 1, 2019 Very interesting. I'm at a conference, and when I couldn't connect, I just assumed the WiFi was censoring a firearms website. (I've seen that occasionally on public networks.)

The GOOD news is... it will be a BIG step towards making mobile even friendlier to browse and navigate and will be a very clean experience, especially for premier members on mobile. Believe me, I GET IT. 8 hours ago, 45Doll said: Why were both DNS servers apparently unavailable? (Just curious.) There were a few things we were doing at the same time... upgrading SQL and PHP. What is possible, our data center is in Michigan, they did have an outage around the same time... not exactly sure when. 7 hours ago, Old Glock guy said: Very interesting. Only a few companies are censoring gun sites as far as I was made aware and in a few cases we made appeals and the forum was allowed.
