Just a thought, SCOTUS will be looking at NJ carry case and possible grant of cert (Rogers case).  If the do take the case, I have to imagine our new justice Kavanaugh won't forget about Booker, Harris, et al during his confirmation hearing.  I know as a justice at this level, that stuff should be left in the rear view mirror and bias should be non-existent.  However, human nature/emotion may not be that easy "to let it go".  It could be the "juice" we need to ram it to this NJ political hacks.    

And another thought: with the 3rd circuit now flipped by Trump, the carry case and the 10 round mag limit may only need to get to the cirucit court and go no further.  This is what happened in D.C. with the challenge to "justifiable need" to carry. It was overturned by the D.C. circuit and attorneys general from states like NJ and similarly minded begged D.C. to NOT appeal the decision.

It’s supposed to be. But their word is only the law so that would make their decision irrelevant to Trenton.

      In 50 years of living in NJ I've never experienced any attempt to inspect the interior of the home, and only one definite inspection of the exterior for an announced reassessment of all properties and that was a drive by. About 9 years of that was living in an apartment, but still, uncommon. Every place I lived had either a finished attic, basement, or both. But they were also included in the habitable square footage on the taxes when we got there.

      27.00 and change in tolls to drive down the shore from Rutherford,  47.00 in tolls to go out to Long island to visit dying relatives. Now I read they are going to raise the fees in the DMV. Murphy lied just to get elected when he said that seniors will get a significant tax break with his StayNJ" program to stop us from leaving.   Keep voting for democrats...this is what you get.  Tax and spend is all they know.  Never cut anything.  This state sucks.
