Up for sale is my Leupold VXR Patrol 1.25-4x20 that is mounted in an QD ADM Recon Mount. The scope and mount are in excellent condition.
$460 shipped for the scope and mount as shown (see discount offered below for an in-person sale) Without the mount, the scope would be $360 shipped (see discount offered below for an in-person sale) Comes as shown, I no longer have the original packaging Full specs on the scope can be found here: https://www.leupold.com/scopes/rifle-scopes/vx-r-patrol-1-25-4x20mm-30mm I'm willing to split the scope and mount but preference will be given to someone that will take the package PM me if you'd like additional pictures PayPal preferred. If using Goods & Services, then please add the appropriate percentage so that I net the prices above Scope Is cross-posted so the first public “I’ll take it” wins going by time stamp (public “I’ll take it” trumps PM) I’ll take 5% off the price if we can do a face-face deal. I’m located in the Princeton-Hillsborough area

    • I concur with the mod in the sombrero!  Seriously, @AVB-AMG.. I've been lucky enough to attend quite a few events that had high-level speakers (e.g., George W. Bush while he was POTUS, Madeline Albright, Shirley Chisholm, etc.). There's always a certain amount of pomp and circumstance when a high-level speaker is afoot, particularly a sitting POTUS (POTUS swaggers in with a cadre of Secret Service agents - it's kinda badass really)… and that stands separate and apart from their actual political views. As others pointed out, they're big, newsworthy events - especially in our tiny garden state. How's this? If the next Democratic president holds a rally in NJ, feel free to put it in General Discussion!
    • Yup.  Here it comes.   Thats quite ballsy to do it in Oklahoma.    Itll have no traction there.  I believe.   Its too far from the north east.  Its probably Just a test.     nevermind photo.  Just seeing how it works
    • Shooters always asks before handing over a gun. Personally, I feel it's a nothingburger, life is too short to worry about this type of stuff. Are people this upset when a cashier asks for ID when paying by check? Everyone should be MORE upset with the fact that Trenton actually makes you get the (unconstitutional) FID in the first place....
    • After engine failure, sure.   .. But flying into the side of a hillside in near zero visibility pretty much takes using the energy in the windmilling rotor to decelerate out of the equation. The pilot requested and was granted a Special VFR clearance that required he maintain visual contact with the ground.  Quite a bit different than SVFR in an airplane.  He apparently lost visual contact with the ground, then flew into it. I suspect he didn’t consider that the decisions he was making looked like the beginning of an NTSB accident report.
