Maksim 1,504 Posted March 12, 2019 LOL. Registration? I am sure this is the same feel good measure that is brought up regularly and has no way in hell of being passed. State is republican controlled in the senate and even some Dems here would not pick this up.
Old Glock guy 1,125 Posted March 12, 2019 Please don't make me read that whole thing. Give me a brief summary. Something about registering firearms? What is its status? Is it a proposal, or is it about to be signed into law?

father-of-three 235 Posted March 12, 2019 There are actually over a dozon bills introduced in Pennsylvania general assembly recently. Three or four are actually pro-gun, but most are not. The reps from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh introduce anti-gun bills quite frequently.
father-of-three 235 Posted March 12, 2019 It's real news in the sense that the anti-gun crowd are trying to capitalize on a crisis, specifically on the Pittsburgh shooting last year. The Pittsburgh mayor and city council have said on record that they dont care that Pennsylvania has a preemption law that they will unlawfully go against. We have "troops on the ground" there, but we have to be vigilant.
Tunaman 538 Posted March 13, 2019 They should throw them in jail for violating constitutional and states rights.
Kevin125 4,772 Posted March 18, 2019 These are bills intended to be used as campaign ads. They want to be able to say they supported blah blah blah...and my evil murderous nazi republican opponent opposed it.
