to Makim: Here you go: In the 2A battle the key to victory is swaying public opinion by the widespread dissemination of information to the media. One tool in our armamentarium is the use of the Letter to the Editor column. This can be used to counteract “soap- box” publicity given by the media to our elected officials. Unfortunately, seldom is any real analysis given to anti- 2A positions which are simply linked with gun violence and death no matter how illogical they are. Rather than “preach to the choir” it becomes incumbent on each member to point out the fallacy of these positions and negate blind acceptance.
