You're correct. I think if this does make it's way to SCOTUS, it could have big implications regarding FOID laws. That's years away though, especially with 2A cases. Amazing, how injunctions are applied hours after laws pertaining immigration are enacted, but a 2A case takes YEARS to make its way through the courts.
