Could this short double barrel shot gun be legal in New Jersey?

I'm not so sure about that, that has not been the case with the shockwave or tac14. 

However the shotgun in the link is super fugly.

Bird shot or low recoil buck shot shouldn't be that bad. 

Full power slugs or buckshot is probably uncomfortable though
