Zeke awesomeness rib method no fruit

Recommended Posts

Smoked a turkey breast yesterday, Cajun brine, light rub, 7 hours smoke over cherry and pecan.  Also did a tray of smoked mixed nuts, and a dozen slices of pig candy (carmelized candied bacon)

Mmmmmmm...

Of course, they all would have sucked if I’d just boiled them in a crock pot.

The burden of proof is on you. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence

the smokerverse and the millions of fans of authentic BBQ believe the science is settled.

That's no crock pot its powered by smoke and fire not electricity

I’ve got the same digital thermometer (different branding, but clearly the same unit).  How is it holding up to the heat when clipped to the smoker?  I’ve always left the sending unit for mine on the ground a foot or so away; less convenient, but cooler.

So far so good I've had no issues, this is the second year I've had it. If I don clip it there is just hangs because i have the 22" WSM and its huge
