Do you have an idea of how much is charged for transfers? Rick was the only guy I really used for my purchases in general. I have made one purchase from Caso's and one from Bullet Hole but 97% of my business was done through Rick.

Ok I received an email response from Louie G. Good to know that OMG customers have another option fairly close. I will also add to the cheat sheet thread:

I  don't recall what I last paid, only that it was quite competitive, and he's easy to work with.   Best to get current rates directly from Tom.

Any recommended FFLs in South Jersey? I used to use Banger’s as they were so responsive and well staffed. Been using a one-man FFL after they closed and he’s hit or miss (random hours, unresponsive). Thanks!

I'm not sure what you consider "south" but here in the Deep South the best actual shop around here that I've found is Seagear at the foot of the cape May bridge. 

As far as one man operations go I've had great luck with John Terelli (may of butchered his name). His business is Soutb jersey small arms gunsmithing in Millville.

Mike at Ocean Armory in Manahawkin was great to deal with. Fast/responsive and super-accommodating with his schedule. Price was ridiculously low (like under $30 transfer/NICS/tax). Well worth driving a little to deal with someone who understands customer service.

If you have recently used an FFL for a transfer, or happen to know an FFL's fee schedule, please post their current prices.

Important things to note.  * Does the FFL charge a nonnegotiable per-firearm fee on multiple transfers, * is there a discount on multiple transfers, * is the fee the same for shipped-to-FFL and in-state person to person transfers, * is the fee for handguns greater than that for long guns, * are the FFL fees and NICS all one price, * do they charge additional NICS fees on top of the standard $15.00?

Please provide the FFL name, location and anything relevant like unusual hours of operation, or "Ask to speak with Charlie for transfers", etc.

$45 transfer includes NICS Same for handgun long gun or person to person transfer.

You would have to ask about multiple but he's very quick to respond to emails.
