6 Police shot  shooter has barricaded himself inside. Their are also 2-3 officers inside.

Look at the number of LEOs that have responded (white vehicles) in the picture below, this is for a SINGLE shooter. When true civil unrest starts, does anyone really think the cops will be able to cover/respond to it all?

Unfortunately, the perp is still held up in the apartment and hasn't been killed yet.

Local Fox affiliate, Channel 29 is now reporting that the gunman, age 35 with 6 priors, has surrendered. Report also says it was an AK-style rifle used today.
