“Unauthorized house guests” attempt a 3 am robbery.  Homeowner wrestles their gun away from them and fires at them as they flee.

Homeowner's story of the gun belonging to the invaders will be called bullshite by the prosecutor.

When gun comes back as stolen or defaced (even worse) homeowner will go away for a looooong time.

Invaders will claim they were invited over and told to use the bathroom window for entry.

He’s lucky he missed with his shots. He would be in jail and the criminals would be collecting from his homeowners insurance.
