An AR for "less than free" States

Recommended Posts

I like the MEAN Arms solution better.

Having to pull the charging handle back after EVERY shot would get old really quickly. And we're still limited to 10 rounders (for the moment)

The MEAN Arms mag release button locks the mag in place and you refill the mag thru the eject port. And you get to maintain a fully functioning gas system to cycle your rounds.

The other solution better than the Kali Key is the Tier 5 Modified Bolt Catch. Makes your semi-auto AR into a mag fed single shot, requiring you to hit the bolt catch (or BAD lever) before each shot to close the action. Again, fully functioning gas system to extract and eject the spent brass.

Interesting until its your only option...until that’s no longer good enough and it has to be made break action single shot..... then that’s not good enough........the downward spiral begins

the downward spiral began a long time ago.

Where there's a pointless ban, there's great innovation.

Like during prohibition, adding pepsin to wine so they could call it medicinal. Then the buyers just chilled it, pepsin came out of solution, filter it out, and bars had wine.

It will be generations before the pendulum swings the other way and freedom becomes important again.   Perhaps the population needs,to reset.
