New Hampshire is constitutional carry so everyone can carry open or concealed except for prohibited people no permit needed. This is 100% true, and I'm pretty sure an NH NR permit does not give you access to additional states, so I don't know why this discussion continues.

That was courtesy of Josh Shapiro, the PA Attorney General. I don't think the paperwork changed. Does PA honor any NR permits?
Lakota 342 Posted March 16, 2020 PA doesn't honor any non-resident permits anymore. You can apply for a non resident PA permit in PA but only if you have a permit from our own resident state. So if you live in NJ your SOL.

It was originally overlooked by the PA attorney general because one needed a license/permit in their home state to get a NH permit. New Hampshire changed that requirement back in 2016 or 2017. Shortly after that, nonresident reciprocity was revoked by the attorney general.

They're not the only state to make that mistake.

Ironically, it was Kathleen Kane's successor that shut down all non-resident permits in PA unless you had a permit from your own state. If you had a NR permit from NH and you lived in NJ, you had a window of about 10 - 11 months in which you could legally carry in PA.

I picked it up while waiting in line to vote for trump while I was carrying! I'm definitely enjoying my freedom! Damn that long? Glad you are enjoying America!! No I moved up here after the state went to constitutional carry. I got my resident permit because it allows resaprocity with other states and allows me to carry in some parks in maine specifically Arcadia.
