I'm posting this article here because I think it deserves examination.

It makes important distinctions between the concepts of non-enforcement of existing laws, and nullifying laws based on their un-constitutionality. It also discusses the pros and cons of enforcing or implementing both.

Given the current and coming push to suppress 2A rights even more, I think it's important to be armed with the facts to resist this movement lawfully. And before we're forced to either take a different route or give up our rights completely.

Another vitally important tool is jury nullification. 

Freedom minded individuals need to start judging our actual laws not just sit there like mindless zombies voting to strip someone of their freedom simply because they violated an unconstitutional law.

Not just firearms and tax laws but all kinds of non-violent "offenses" need to be nullified.
