S&W Model 17 Targetmaster

Recently acquired this .22 looking for some info on it. Will attach pictures of when I get home. But it seems to be from early 80s and has a blue box. Was my grandmothers I don’t think she used it much just had it as part of her collection from way back. My uncle took the other guns to Texas years ago. Only one left.

They ARE very nice revolvers. Bought mine summer 76 at Joffe's on W Chester Pike in Upper Darby. My first handgun.

The original small wood grips felt tiny in my hands so I replaced them with a set of Hogues. Much better.

I still have it and occasionally take it out to the range.
