or a walther. Apparently they have the best triggers.

Walther PPQ trigger is nice. Apex Tactical makes a drop in replacement that reduces the take up by about 40%. I highly recommend it.

PPQ works for my hands. YMMV. I bought it when it first came out around 2011. I've added the 4.5" threaded barrel and a compensator. There are other models available. Depending on your budget they have some nice offerings and are optic ready. PPQ is SSP for IDPA.

The light I have is ooooold so the newer models might serve you better with lumens, pattern, etc.

FYI I've shot a lot of pistols since buying the PPQ M1. I haven't found (a NJ legal) one I like more than the PPQ. Good luck with your purchase!

Parker Mountain Machine

Apex  Tactical Trigger (USPSA stock legal)

https://store.apextactical.com/WebDirect/Products/Details/192221

Walther threaded barrel (for compensator).

https://shop.waltherarms.com/ppq-m2-46-threaded-barrel-polygon-9mm-kit

I'm still deciding between getting the slide milled for an optic or getting an optic ready slide. If the prices are comparable I'll have it milled to get suppressor height backup sights as well.

it might be weird with the high bore access.

Do you any links for the aftermarket slides?

ahhh. I am a Nikon guy.. and in between two systems, f-Mount & z-Mount I need a newer 70-200 2.8 and would like a nice fast wide angle lens. 2 of my most used camera's are f-Mount and my z6 can use those lenses but the new z lenses are pretty damn good!

I dunno....Should I be like everyone else and dump all of it for Sony? I cant afford a new Sony 400mm 2.8

I dunno..... a pro buddy switched to Nikon Z from Fuji and is totally in love. I am hoping Canon catches up with a proper pro mirrorless body and some sharp, affordable primes. I have a Canon M kit and that system is pretty cool, but not supported in the lens department. Best of luck.

I totally derailed this conversation but I am super happy with the results I am getting with my nikons including the z6 so I will continue to stick with them. I am just pissed....this stupid virus has wrecked my coverage of the MLS (Philadelphia Union) and some small side jobs for parent's of my son's soccer club.. :(

Same here. I shoot high school sports 6 days a week for nj.com. I have not worked since the 12th and if the spring sports season gets cancelled I am in a pickle.

I can agree... the TLR-7 is awesome, but I do recommend the TLR-7A instead. The side buttons on the original can be turned on in certain holsters... had it happen a few times to me. And the light does get warm rather quick. The rear switches are a superior design. From what I’ve seen so far, most TLR-7 holsters will accept the A model without issue.

I use the high switch for my Glock. Your mileage may vary.

@kc17 I have the tlr 1 hL on my sig. I’m 99.9% sure they are USA made. I have a few streamlight edc’s that have been through the laundry a couple of times and still work great. Sure fire is another light option ($$)

also I know this drifted but whatever wml you choose, and whatever your next handgun is, put chapstick on the lense and lightly polish it. That tip is credited to @High Exposure( I do listen to your knowledge and wisdom )

Sorry, everyone knows the H&K VP9 is the best polymer 9mm on the market.  Hands down.

What flavor? Spearmint? Wild cherry?

Askin for a friend.
