Contradiction, Chaos, and Tyranny- NJ2AS UPDATE 4/30

Recommended Posts

It seems we have daily developments in the Second Amendment community under the thumb of this state-wide quarantine. So much so, that it may sometimes be easy to overlook the blatant contradictions stipulated by the highest levels of our government.

Enjoy the below curated summary of the blatant disconnect amongst the chieftains of the Garden State — and if you pay close attention, you may be able to deduce the foreshadowing of our next offensive moves.

You can Call Colonel Brownshirt!

New Jersey’s top cop: Second Amendment not essential!

Under Governor Murphy’s executive order Colonel Patrick Callahan has the authority to reopen gun stores and ranges so citizens have the ability to protect themselves and learn firearm safety, while also respecting social distancing and health guidelines from State and Federal officials, the same exact way Colonel Callahan guided liquor stores, marijuana dispensaries, and home improvement stores when he classified them essential.

Colonel Patrick Callahan is the highest-ranking police officer in the State of New Jersey. Watch our video below where Colonel Patrick Callahan agrees that the Second Amendment is not essential and supports the closure of gun stores and ranges.

Make your voices heard and contact the New Jersey State Police and Colonel Callahan’s office to reopen gun ranges and allow gun stores to operate in the same capacity as other stores that are deemed essential while following social distancing and health guidelines as other essential businesses!

VIDEO: Callahan’s State Police Mocks Gun Owners During 10,000 Gun Application Backlog

A recent contact made with the New Jersey State Police hotline revealed a telling picture of the level of firearm demand we are currently experiencing. As we have reported previously, multiple attempts to contact the State Police firearms hotline were met with endless ringing, repeated voicemails, and instructions from operators that there is nothing they can do to help. Now we are starting to understand why.

In the video below, we get an indicative picture of the unprecedented firearm demand. Never forget; if you’re looking for an abortion or for increased welfare benefits, our state-funded social service and healthcare hotlines are fully-staffed and ready to refer you to “essential” service centers for those selective needs. However, when it comes to lawful firearm acquisition, every excuse imaginable is thrown at our callers, along with an enormous dose of indignation and sarcasm. This of course, is IF you are lucky enough to have a human pick up the phone.

When we legally permit the state to “approve” our rights, we are doing nothing more than giving them the opportunity to deny us at their total whim. The Covid-19 quarantine has pulled back the veil in an unprecedented fashion; new and old firearm owners alike are now realizing they are nothing more than slaves in the eyes of the state. How ironic it is – that those holding the exclusive monopoly of violent force are also the ones tasked with approving our sacred “right” to defense. During these times, it is important to remember that multiple court cases have upheld that no individual has a right to protection from police or other government entities. Keep that in mind as you hear the endless dial tones to your state barracks – and remember that even after this quarantine subsides, the next “emergency” is only an “executive order” away…

Facebook has deleted an organizing group tasked with putting together a rally against restrictive “stay-at-home” executive orders in the state of New Jersey.

According to conservative news site Save Jersey, activists were organizing an “Open New Jersey” rally over Facebook until their event was unceremoniously removed for supposedly violating the community standards of the social media giant. Facebook claimed the activists were “coordinating harm and promoting crime” with their non-violent protest against tyranny.

Primary organizer Angela DeVoe, who resides in Forked River, N.J, said she is not backing down due to Facebook’s Orwellian censorship of the event. Organizers will continue onward with the planned protest and will not let the tech monopoly stand in their way.

“We would like the Governor to recognize that most of us can return safely to work by May 1, 2020,” DeVoe told Save Jersey. “Small business should be open and allowed to operate immediately. The parks and beaches shall resume operation. We should be able as American’s to the make choices for ourselves and our families that best coincide with our individual needs.”

  • Are Democrats and the Fake News Media rooting for the Wuhan coronavirus to destroy the economy to remove Trump?

DeVoe says that she and her fellow protesters are undaunted by Gov. Phil Murphy’s threats of incarceration and Draconian fines for organizing. Murphy is threatening fines of up to $1,000 and six months in jail to those who exhibit their 1st Amendment rights during the coronavirus pandemic.

“Yes, that has been a consideration and conversation amongst the group; however, most of those planning to attend believe that standing up for our freedoms and for those most affected by the shut down is more important,” DeVoe said.

“We need some hope,” she added. “Every press conference given by the Governor only depresses those watching, like this situation will go on forever. It’s not possible to forever be two weeks out from the apex of the virus. He uses terms like, ‘we’re not even at first and goal.’ The one size fits all of these executive orders need to end.”

Gov. Murphy admitted during an appearance on the Tucker Carlson show Wednesday that he did not take the Bill of Rights and Constitution into consideration while locking down his state.

“By what authority did you nullify the Bill of Rights in issuing this order?” Carlson asked Murphy.

“I wasn’t thinking of the Bill of Rights when we did this,” he responded.

“Well I can tell,” Carlson retorted.

Unfortunately for Gov. Murphy, the success of “Operation Gridlock” in Michigan and similar protests in Ohio have started a nationwide phenomenon. All the Big Brother censorship that Facebook can muster cannot stop the wave of patriotism that is sweeping the nation as a reaction to coronavirus-related overreach.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: NJ2AS and Roubian file federal lawsuit against Gov. Murphy

Albert J. Rescinio, Esq.
Law Offices of Albert J. Rescinio, L.L.C.
1500 Allaire Avenue, Suite 101
Ocean, NJ 07712
732-531-2005 phone

[email protected]

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

04/29/2020

Trenton, NJ

The New Jersey Second Amendment Society (NJ2AS) and Alex “Alejandro” Roubian have formally filed a lawsuit against Governor Murphy on Tuesday, April 28th, 2020. Copies of the complaint and related documents can be found by clicking below:

Verified Complaint

Memorandum of Law

Declaration

Order to Show Cause

In the complaint, NJ2AS and Alejandro contend Governor Murphy, unnamed staff, and the New Jersey Press Association have collectively conspired to bar a reporter from accessing press conferences and public information. The complainants further cite that the action is direct and malicious due to the fact NJ2AS filed a lawsuit against Governor Murphy in March and prevailed.

NJ2AS has complied with the New Jersey Press Association’s guidelines to attend press conferences and had attended numerous events with Governor Murphy, and even several during Governor Christie’s administration. When specific questions began to be asked of Governor Murphy during the Covid-19 press conferences, he showed frustration towards reporter Alex “Alejandro” Roubian and implied publicly that he wasn’t a real journalist and had no business attending the conferences. On the subsequent press conference, a representative of Governor Murphy’s office denied Mr. Roubian access to the event and armed State Police troopers forced him to leave the premises. Mr. Roubian was subsequently kicked out in the same fashion two other days for a total of three times.

“The Governor’s actions in barring NJ2AS and Mr. Roubian from a public forum such as a press conference is not only inappropriate; it clearly violates their First Amendment rights and the oath of office the Governor took to uphold the constitution. Our First Amendment rights must be protected and the lawsuit filed by NJ2AS and Mr. Roubian are paramount not just to them but to the public at large.” said Mr. Roubian’s legal council, Albert Rescinio.

Requests for public records by NJ2AS into the arbitrary nature of the Governor’s banning and behavior returned no existence of any formal guidelines. Having consistently followed the New Jersey Press Association’s rules and attending several press events in the past, NJ2AS and Mr. Roubian are finding their First Amendment rights under attack alongside their Second Amendment rights. This is the second formal lawsuit filed by NJ2AS against members of the government since the Covid-19 Executive Orders enacted by Governor Murphy in March.

For inquiries, please contact Albert Rescinio Esq. at 732-531-2005 or by e-mail: [email protected]

So what does this lawsuit really do ?        will murphy be held personally accountable as well as his minions for deprivation of civil rights, will there be jail time and a fine imposed on them like when cops are accused of violating civil rights.    we know the answer already.

courts will agree with defendants and NJ will let this reporter into the room stuffed into a back corner surrounded by the same minions who kept him out,  no fine no jail time no criminal record for accused and no compensation for defendant.

so when are the patchwork of 2A groups in NJ going to band together and fight this war together against these fascists.  always pecking at them like a few pesky mosquito's rather than a swarm of killer bees.

The answer, my friend, is Blowing in the wind.

Ohio Virginia are 2 examples where it's one voice. NJ is NRA (useless) GOA,  ARCNJ, NJ2SA.

Until they become one voice, you described it perfectly!

OFFENSE all the time. We know nothing else

— Daniel Francisco (@DFrancisco7) April 28, 2020

Despite the insanity of the last few months, we are enthused to welcome many new supporters in our growing community. It has never been more evident that our 1st and 2nd amendment rights are constantly under unprecedented attack in the Garden State, and we have no intention of hitting the brakes. We welcome all friends to join us and hold us accountable, just as we welcome any that disagree with our motives or opinions to engage us in dialogue. It is our DUTY to be transparent and honest with our community.

Secrecy is evil. More speech. More liberty. Offense ALL the time. New Jerseysans will one day enjoy individual sovereignty, one way or another. Join us as happy warriors for the big win.

NJ2AS Catches Sayreville police denying all gun permitting rights to citizens

Recently, we’ve had several tips from our members about the Sayreville police department outright refusing to process gun permits. Their Facebook page, phone messages, and police department lobby all have messaging declaring the firearm department is closed until further notice. Watch to find out the full story.
